My Shoulder...

actually, i've been having this pain on my right shoulder for quite a long time, its not always there though, e pain jus comes and goes. But recently, the pain came back after a badminton session and this time, it wont go away...damn...its so painful that i cant even lift things up, or rahter...i cant even lift up my right hand!!

Thus went off to see a chinese physician. After examining my shoulder's condition, he ased me if i had dislocated my shoulder before? And, yes...i did...tts abt so many years back...i fell while landing my shoulder on the ground during a badminton game...and being an idiot, i fixed it back with e help of my frens...

so back to the physician, upon hearing me saying yes, he told me that my shoulder wasnt fixed back properly from the last incident. And tt is why my shoulder having such pains on and off down the years!! And he HIGHLIGHTED that if i continue playing badminton in this condition...i can forget abt my right hand...it'll break...damn...this freaks me out! tot of life without my master hand started to pour in my mind...ok...guess i better heed his advice this time round...

The physician relocated my shoulder's position, including those veins running through it. The process is extremely painful!!! But when it finished, i can really feel the difference of my shoulder from before, though the pain is there...i can move it freely...this guy's real for gd...i didnt bear those pain for nth...

I did ask him how long do i have to wait for it to fully recover...and his reply was....3-4 mths, totally not touching badminton tt is...but if i'm not able to ctrl myself...light or friendly games wld be fine...but no smashes or moves that will strain my shoulder...but it'll tk abt 1mth more...

Well...guess i'd better heed his advice...but since i've already joined a competition within my company, i've gt no chouce but to play...but i'll restrict my own game play...no smashes or big swings...

Gonna tk gd care of myself i suppose...I dun wanna be a burden to anyone in the future, not my family, frens, or soulmate...

Renovation!!

hindrance??

wow...been awhile since i've updated my blog keke...xtremely lazy to do tt...

well...been working in HP for abt a mth now...been through e training conducted...and started on my shift this wk!! immediately after labour day!

not too bad though...my 1st mth, kena 2 OTs liao...den gonna wrk in 2 holidays~~ guess i'll b smiling at e end of the mth!! lookin 4wd to it :D~~~

so hows my work? basically...i tink i'm a hindrance to alot of my team LOL. normal jobs tts suppose to finish in 15min too me abt 30 to 45 mins!! outrageous!! felt so helpless...but at least i feel myself improving today...slowly getin e hang of e job...and...its oni e basic ones...haha...

according to my seniors, they're all e same wen they 1st joined...so...ok...i'll try not to feel too bad...haha...gonna try my best to learn n pickup as fast as possible.

and wow...i saw this operator in my shift today....shes so CUTE!!! my typical type!! MY MY~~ guess god is still good to me... LOL~~~ perks to get myself working or staying up during e night shift i guess...haha...but a prob would b...i cant rem her name even though she told me... -.-...duno wats wif me...mayb too tired eh? nvm...tonite can c again...muz look at her name tag LOL...

ok~~ can feel tt my eyes are forcing to stay opened...so...gonna get myself a gd rest...lets hope i hab a nice slp...tts all for today~ ^.^
